Are Coffee Service Volunteers the most underrated?
Meet Carol Grassmick, Volunteer extraordinaire at Valley Road Church in Kelowna. Coffee, snacks, food and hosting volunteers often quietly do their jobs supplying folks with their morning caffeine and quick bites. Getting to the church early to put on the pot, and staying late doing dishes, we can easily overlook the importance and power of a friendly smile handing us a baked good, and cup of brown liquid. Thank you to Carol, and all those who do this work, and we pray you receive encouragement, thanks, and assistance when needed (even though we know you will never ask).
