A time for MCBC ministry leaders to connect and to discuss strategic thinking and ministry planning for a brave, new, post-COVID world. This is not a time to talk about what used to work (those days are gone - it's time for new wine and new wineskins). This is not even a time to talk about what's worked through COVID (we did that @ INCUBATE 1.0). This is a time to dream and share and push and imagine and dare. Why? Because there's NO PLAN B: the church is it!
